received my aproval letter today in the mail. Weird thing is that the online status is still the same but my approval letter says congratulations.

Yahoo! now time to wait another year to file for my citizenship!

Salamat! It was pretty fast! I thought it would take 6 months bago nila itouch yung file ko.

But thank God it went by pretty quick. All my submission was good I guess.

By the way, would you mind telling us why your I-751 was sent back the first time you mailed it in?

It was sent back to me because I sent it prior to my 90 day expiration.

So lets say your conditional residency was approved on Jan. 01, 2009. You cannot file for removal till Oct. 01,2011.

For me I was approved on 4/25/2007. My 90 days before expiration starts on Jan. 25,2009. I sent it prior to jan. 25 so thats why they sent it back.

10/16/06(68): AD 130

I'm sure you did. I noticed in the CSC list that a lot of January 2009 applicants got approved on April 2009. That means if I'm lucky enough, I will get my condition removed too around June or July. Good luck for the next journey and God bless you more!

You meant when are you eligible? On your GC, where it says "residence since", add three years minus 90 days is when you're eligible. From reading your timeline which is very similar to mine, 4/25/07 is your interview approval date, so your GC should says residence since "4/25/07". Then add 3 years minus 90 days should be 1/25/10. You should probably count the calender again yourself just to be absolute sure. Hope that helps!

yes iam sure that my 3 yrs is on april 25 2010. I would say ill search the n400 soon. Gonna try to prepare for it.
