Also, please forward this on to people you know who may want to stay updated about what's going on in Gaza and want to know how they can take practical steps to get involved and bring an end to this situation.

It's only a matter of time before enough pressure mounts to stop this heinous Israeli aggression. We can play a role in creating that pressure so the only question is how many more Palestinians are going to suffer before we take a stand.

The American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) is the largest grassroots Arab American civil rights organization in the country. The ADC welcomes people of all backgrounds, faiths and ethnicities as members.

ADC is committed to:

1. Empowering Arab Americans;

2. Defending the civil rights of all people

of Arab heritage in the United States;

3. Promoting civic participation;

4. Encouraging a balanced U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East and;

5. Supporting freedom and development in the Arab World.

Now more than ever, the Arab-American community needs a powerful, effective national and local organization to defend its interests. ADC is that organization. ADC was founded in 1980 by former U.S. Senator James Abourezk.

The purpose of this group is to unite students across the country to fight against Anti-Arabism and to promote Arab-American culture and unity.
