Ok, i know i do an I-485 for each child and submit a copy of the affidavit of support for each as well. But what else?

Do i do AP for them too and EAD?? They are aged 11, 7, and 5.

Oh and the biometrics, do the children have to do them too??

• Children under 14 do not have to do biometrics.
• AP? Only if desired - they'll need it same as you if traveling abroad and reentering the US before getting the GC.
• EAD? As silly as it sounds, yes - it is needed to ge a social security card. (EAD & AP fees waived when submitted with the I-485 so as well do them.)

Thankyou, really wasnt sure if the EAD was included in the childrens costs so didnt know if i was to do it or not.

My kids' (12-yr-old and 7-yr-old) had their biometrics, too. Maybe it depends on the Local Immigration Office?

My daughters and I had our biometrics taken. My youngest daughter was 9 years old then.
