I called NVC yesterday and they said my wife has an interview on Feb 2nd. They completed the case at NVC 1/12.

Dec. 30 2007 <- Sent I-130 (along with G325A)

Dec. 31 2007 <- Received registered mailed e-signature

Feb. 02 2008 <- Check Cashed

Feb. 13 2008 <- NOA 1 received

Nov. 18 2008 <- NOA 2 received

Dec 14, 2008 <- AOS fee paid

Dec 21, 2008 <- DS-3032 received by NVC

Dec 21, 2008 <- I-864 sent into NVC

Dec 26, 2008 <- Paid IV Fee bill online

Dec 29, 2008 <- Confirmed that NVC has received DS-230 & i-864

Jan 12, 2009 <- NVC case complete and interview date for wife is on 2/2/09

Oct. 22, 2008 - NOA2 received by mail

Oct. 29, 2008 - DS3032 and AOS generated

Oct. 30, 2008 - DS3032 sent to NVC via email

Nov. 01, 2008 - Receive DS3032 and AOS Bill by mail - DS3032 sent to NVC by mail

Nov. 01, 2008 - Paid AOS online

Nov. 04, 2008 - DS3032 received by NVC

Nov. 04, 2008 - Paid IV Bill online

Oh, I hope we are behind you - I just called NVC yesterday and I think our case will be completed soon and KTM embassy schedules pretty quickly I think.

An early interview date may not be a good thing if there isn't enough time alloted for the series of medical shots.

07/29/2007---began process

01/24/2008---I-130 APPROVED (email)

I-129F

11/2007-------sent I-129F - VSC

02/17/2008---touched (at Vermont)

...I'm CR1 now--IV bill shows CR1--oh well

NVC

02/12/2007---at NVC

02/25/2008---received DS-3032 and AOS bill

03/10/2008---received IV Bill ($400!!)

03/24/2008---mailed DS2032

10/10/2008---approved at NVC

11/06/2008---interview (more evidence)

02/17/2009---2nd interview- PASSED!!!!!

04/01/2009---He finally landed on US soil. (no joke)

speaking of medical and shot series' how many days are needed for medical completion. our interview date is coming soon. and would love to know .

medical will be at st lukes and interview in manilla

11-21-2008. nvc operator says papers in system as of 11-17-2008 pending 2 to 4 week review

11-23-2008 nvc sends request for nbi clearance not just the local police clearance. found out from call on 12-1-2008

12-15-2008 case complete but interview date will be after january and is not set yet

1-4-2009 Interview is scheduled for Feb 13th
