my interview will be Feb 5th at 1:30 pm, i m just wondering, coz in the letter they write request for initial interview, there is another interview after?

also i don t receive an approved for my I130?

Oct. 17, 2008 - I-130 petition approved (online)

Oct. 22, 2008 - NOA2 received by mail

Oct. 29, 2008 - DS3032 and AOS generated

Oct. 30, 2008 - DS3032 sent to NVC via email

Nov. 01, 2008 - Receive DS3032 and AOS Bill by mail - DS3032 sent to NVC by mail

Nov. 01, 2008 - Paid AOS online

Nov. 04, 2008 - DS3032 received by NVC

Nov. 04, 2008 - Paid IV Bill online

Nov. 05, 2008 - AOS Document Sent to NVC Overnight

I cannot get through to NVC. I keep trying but i am not geting through, too many people calling. :bonk:

Call them between 7:30am - 9:00am. That is what I usually do and I get a phone answer right away. No hassle.

I don't have my appointment either. I wish I can have them this week because I'm planning to have my medical on Jan 30 and Feb 2. I have my flight already this coming Jan. 29.

It looks like it is mostly Dec. completed cases that got interviews scheduled? Anyone that got the case completed in Jan. got an interview date yet?

It just depends on the Embassy, like I have been waiting since October so if an embassy was moving quickly a january person may get a date.

What is your embassy--- it is different through out the world- or it can be as I have read here... I think they know during your first interview if you are getting the visa or no... if they have extra questions tho, they can request you to return.. I'm sure it will be fine!-- Good luch- that's right around the corner!

hoping my wife will interview for CR1 on 2-2-09

I'm pretty sure the rule is if there is an immigrant visa available (CR-1), then they have to interview for that.
