The Vermont service center cashed the application fee check today. At least we know the lights are still on up there. Just thought everyone might like like to know. I am apprehensivley excited. At least they opened my package.

This board rocks thank for the support 10 people replied to my post today. Great to hear from people in the same boat.

We sent in a Money Order so we have no idea what's going on until my fiance receives the NOA1 in the mail. Here's hoping that's soon!

Yours was submitted 4 days before mine...you should have something real soon. Did you check the mail today?

Just a thought.. but I don´t think they would be getting money from people if they didn´t have a clue of what to do.

I just meant, because we didn't send a personal check (or cheque 'cause I'm a Canuck) we can't track them 'cashing' a money order, so we can't see a Case# on the said non-existent personal check to see where our case is at (ie: NOA1), so we have to wait for the actual NOA1 notice to arrive at my fiance's place in Virginia.

This is why we have no clue as to what's going on, and have to be patient while we wait for the notice to arrive.

Did you check the mail today?

I'm sure he did, but because he doesn't have a phone at the moment I have to wait until tomorrow to hear of anything :D

J&K.......just a thought I too sent in money order and I found out the exact date that it was cahs by calling the 800 # on teh reciept and punching in the money order number @ the top. You might wanna try that
