Sending Packet 3 to Mumbai Consulate

Hi,

My wife has not received packet 3 from the consulate yet. Though consulate told me via email today that they already mailed the packet 3. So they provided me the link from where I can download the the packet.

In the packet, Mumbai Consulate also require to fill out DS-156 and it seems liket that it has a space allocated for bar code. If we use the one from the website, we won't have the form with bar code. So my question is, is it OK to send the form DS-156 with all the information without bar code?

Also, consulate told us their mailing address in the email. So I think that means that we can send the form downloaded from their website. I don't know.

Any idea or suggestion on what we need to do......
