Hi everyone, I am new here and I wish I'd find you 4 months ago, before I paid thousands of $$$$ to my lawyer.

Anyway, I'm hoping someone here will be able to give me some answers since I won't be able to talk to the lawyer

until tomorrow (that's if I'm lucky).

I am italian and my hubby is american, we've been married for 1 year and 1/2 and been together for 4.

I work in the UK for an airline so I've always been able to come to the US using my B1 and my cheap (er) tickets.

We've decided to settle here in the US but I wanted to keep my job in England so, on the lawyer's advice,

I applied for a K3 visa which would allow me to travel in and out of the States.

I found out 2 days ago that my I-130 has been approved but I can't check for the I-129 because I never received a

Noa for that.

My question to you is: can I leave to go back to england or not?

Please help :help:

Of course you can. Petition approval is not a visa. You'll interview for any visa in London.

The approval of the I-130 is going to start you on the process to a CR1 (the better of the 2 visas IMO), so check out the GUIDES for CR1
