If you filed first week of October, then three months later is the first week of January -- just now beginning, The RFE would have delayed processing at least a couple of weeks...so be patient! Good luck

Somebody else from October put in a service request and they wrote back that his 90 days started from when the RFE was returned. I'm sure that's just another way to cover their @$$es if they are approaching the 90 days. It probably won't be long.

I feel your pain my man.

I'm in the same position. You can see all this below in my signature, we sent in our RFE which they didn't bother to put back onto the system for a few days and we have languished in the bowels of the National Processing System for weeks now.

When we applied for a service request they came back saying we had to wait 90 days after they resumed processing.

Good luck!!!
