Leaving w/o AP ang getting 1 way ticket.

Can I travel to the Philippines w/o the AP or greencard? I already applied for AOS, infact i already have my EAD in hand. And also I am planning to just get a one way ticket since I do not know when I will come back here in US. I am planning to stay in the Philippines for more than 3 months. Can I use my AP if ever my husband receive it here and then send it to me in PI?

You should get your AP soon. Can your trip wait? Then there will be no questions raised when you return.

The date of your AP approval must be before the date you left the U.S.

If you leave the U.S. without AP (or AOS approval), you will have to start all over again from the beginning for a spousal visa.
