Finishing up my I-130 a few general question

So I plan to mail our my wifes i-130+i-485 on monday but I have a few questions. I was going to send in some of our joint bank statements, but I was wondering can I black out the amount and account number?? Particularly the account number I am not keen on letting out and about.

Also on the i-130 it wants to know her current visa number, is that the control number? Her control number seems to have O and zero, so I wasnt sure if that was it or not. Finally, her i94 has d/s written on it, should I just write the experation of the i-20? Do I need to send a copy of the i-20 with everything?

One more question on the i-485. Since she is already in the usa on a student visa for Part 2 application type do I choose b "my spouse or relative applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigration visa category that allows for derivative status for spouse or children"?? I was thinking this is the correct option since we are applying for change of status at the same type but is that correct?
