K2/Fiance visa age out problem update

It has been a while since we have not posted because of our efforts in other areas to resolve our daughter's AOS denial. We are still fighting for her. We have a lawyer who is handling her case. We also joined the American Families United which is now lobbying for Fiance Visa Age Out problems , one among other urgent issues they are advocating to resolve. Our family is featured in their website. They are looking for other families with K2 AOS problems to give "more teeth" in their advocacy for reform in Congress/Senate.

I don't have any age out problems, but I read your story and it's horrible what you're going through! Fighting immigration fraud is one thing...trying to tear apart families who have already jumped through all of their hoops and paid all of their fees is completely different. Your family will be in my prayers, I hope everything works out quickly for you.
