Got the packet from Montreal...

Filled out the DS160 online and completed DS230 part 1

How do I get rid of the autodate function on the I134...... when I fill in a date for question 10 and put that I filed a petition for my husband all of the dates change.

Also one of my children is his, and is a USC, do I leave them out of children joining him later section?? I have the baby listed under question#8 along with my other son.

One more, when I looked at the downloads to see if I could get a new I134 from here I noticed the I134 was under the finance section...and the spouse section had another form...his checklist says the I134 am I missing something?? We are married...

Thanks so much

Rena

Hi Rena,

I don't know the answer to your I-134 questions, however the auto date fill function is probably a setting in Acrobat.

If you right click on the I-134 you will get this mini menu:

right_click_acrobat.jpg

By clicking on properties you will open a bigger menu and can then click on Forms (left hand side) and double check to see that you don't have 'auto complete' selected and in particular the numerical data box beside that, selected.

Probably just means you are using an older version of Acrobat. You probably need to update to a newer version - which you can do by going here:
