I had a question about my parents being a co sponsor. They file there taxes jointly. With that said I have been told that both need to fill out the form. So do they both fill one out.....Looking at the form it really does not look like its made for two people to sign...thanks for any help....

Yes. Each person willing to become a sponsor has to fill out an individual I-134.

Yes and no. There can only be one co-sponsor, so parents don't co-sponsor. A parent does and they use their own personal income, not the joint income unless their personal is 100% of the joint income. Yes, they submit a joint tax return and supporting documentation but state only their personal income.
