Using K1 medical for AOS

I filed AOS based on a K1 in late August '08, six months after my medical on 7th Feb '08. I submitted just the vaccination supplement as requested by the I485 instructions:

8. Fiancé(e)s.

If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement, not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment-of-status application.

Does anyone know what date the "past year" requirement is based on? Is it one year prior to the AOS NOA1 date or one year prior to the AOS interview date? If it's the latter, am I going to get an RFE for a new medical exam if my interview comes up after 7th Feb this year, when my medical report becomes more than a year old?

I'm not sure I explained my question too clearly, sorry... Kinda nervous about this though, I really don't want to have to go through another expensive medical

"Past year" = Visa medical date in foreign country.

The Year of validity is before filing for AOS.

So I wont need to get a new medical done because my medical was less than a year old at the time of filing? That's great, thanks
