If many addresses, you can always indicate "See attached" on the form, and attach a separate page with prior addresses.

Note you need 4 attachments one for each page of the G-325A.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

To add with what YuandDan said, you just need the last 5 years worth of data.

So - if you forgot some addresses, just get your credit report, you can get one free from the big three (Equifax/Transunion/Experian)

they have all the info you need. (job/home)

Annual Credit Report

(this is not that free credit ripoff offer)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

Hey folks, since we are on the topic, I am in a different situation and would welcome advice. In Dec 2003 I was laid off, and in January moved out and began renting my house and changed my mailing address to my brothers house. I then began traveling, starting in New Zealand (~7 weeks), Australia (3 months), Indonesia, Thailand, and more. Then in 2005 I spent a little more than a year working there as a legal resident (but still maintained my primary mailing address as my brothers house). Following this, in June 2006 I went back traveling including a month China, Thailand, Borneo and the Philippines where I met my love. In January of 2007 I moved back to the USA and moved back into my townhouse. During my travels, I had no real address - I literally would stay one or two nights and move to do/see something else. Probably more than a hundred guesthouse/hotels/hostels/mountain huts/etc.

So what do you all think? I was thinking I would list my mailing address and my address in Tokyo. In addition I planned to provide a separate attachment with an explanation (similar to the above). Has anybody else been in a similar situation? If so what did you do and did it cause any issues?

Thanks,

Dave

City, State and and approximate dates are ok on the G325a. Just do the best you can.
