K-1 gets a medical for visa, however vaccinations are needed for adjustment of status the vaccinations portion of the I-693 needs to be filled out by a US Civil surgeon, and it is included with AOS application.

I-693 is NOT used for visa interview, the consulate uses specific DS-Forms. I beleive the med center specified by Manila has the forms.

Hi there! I am not doing the interview in Manila but thanks for the info. So, I would be alright? I am actually worried about when I apply for the AOS that they will not honor my medical if I did it on that old form. Thanks!!

You may want to correct your timeline to show Bermuda, it shows Manila that is why I posed links to that embassy.

Hmm.. Bermuda isnt on the list thats why I've put Manila since I am a Phil Citizen but will do the interview here in Bermuda b/c I currently reside here.

You can let me know if Bermuda is on the list then I will definitely update my profile, timeline, etc.
