Not having marriage pictures will make it so you'll have to show solid proof of having a valid marriage.

How many times has he visited you?

Surely more than one time if you've been married for more than 2 years?

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

No wedding pics...hmm...they almost always ask for those. Was all they asked of me, other than phone records, emails, and cards and letters. Any insurance coverage? Joint bank accounts? Joint property ownership? Not even a single picture from the wedding? Any friends or relatives who took pics during the wedding?

Sample questions....go to VJ Wiki. There are a lot on there.

Also don't forget your CENMAR.

Good Luck!

Hi. My interview is on Jan 22. I just want to ask, since we are just 2 years in our marriage and my husband just started working full time since he just graduated from college, i do not obliged him to give me support since we do not have kids yet and i am also working here in the Philippines. We do not have joint bank account since i need to have SSN when he applies one in the US and we do not have ample time to do paperworks whenever he's here for a vacation (since we spend more "qaulity" time together hehehe). I asked this concern to my hubby and he said that we won't have any problems with the proof of relationship since we've been bf-gf since 1998 (we have lots of pictures to prove it) and our marriage is based on pure love hehehe...well, my mom-in-law also prepared a co-sponsor just in case they question my hubby's capacity to support me. So will i have a big problem if i couldn't furnish the embassy with joint bank accounts or proof of monthly support from my hubby? Can I just answer them honestly that all financial stuff will be dealt with once i am with my hubby like making joint bank accounts, getting insurances, well for sure when i am there already, he will support me financially. What do you think? Thanks!

Best regards,

Ynatots

Proof of 5 visits should help a LOT. Have pictures of his visits with dates and captions.
