Got the appointment for the finger prints and foto for the AOS, then one week later received an RFE for the same document.

Went for the fingerprints and foto Tuesday in Atlanta and mailed the additional RFE documents today.

Went to the USCIS office in Atlanta Tuesday, asked if the RFE would delay the I-765 or the I-131 the man at the dexsk said no thta they were processed in different offices.

Even the people who man the USCIS offices are more or less clueless.

No, your I-765 will also be on hold until they receive the RFE requirements. I had an RFE for my 485 and it clearly stated in my RFE letter that the I-765 will not be processed either until they receive the required documents.
