Hello All,

I am just beginning the long and tiring journey to obtaining a visa for my lovely spouse. However, I do have a valid concern and that relates to the affidavit of support. My question is will immigration take in to account if i have 20000 in my bank account and if not how do I obtain a Co- Sponsor, I do not know many people.

I thank all those who reply, this is putting a lot of stress on me and worries.

Truly,

Worried :crying::crying::crying::crying:

I beleive tax returns and employment are the biggies.

Depends on how much you made in sales or wages. The 20K can help make up the difference if you are short.

And whether you are petitioner or beneficiary. The K3 visa process doesn't use the I-864 until after the visa is used and you file to adjust status. For the visa, you'll use the I-134. Start by reading the form instructions and going through the form intself and most of your questions will be answered. If a co-sponsor is needed, you find a relative or very close friend who is willing.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
