Embassy/Consulate General for further processing.

Please be advised that further forms and/or fees may still be requested

I am quite certain now that the only way the file will go to the embassy/consulate without fee payment is if they sent the I-129F petition for K-3 (not the I-130). Your timeline does not mention the I-129F, did you submit one?

Did you send an I-129F petition as well?

If so....it sounds like you've mixed up your case numbers...or maybe NVC mixed them up.

I know people that have BEGGED NVC to forward their case to the Embassy or Consulate before case complete....and it didn't happen.

Sounds like you need to call NVC...then let us know what happened.

Hmmmmm, the fact that you weren't able to login to pay your fees sounds like a wrong case number....and the letter you received sounds like a K-3 response.

But you also indicated requesting an expedite at the NVC level...guess that's what happened.

They're open today...call 'em. The VJ detectives are stumped. :)
