that the petitioner can deport the beneficiary in any way? lets say, the father can deport his step child?

deportation can only occur if there is or has been a deportable offense.... a father simply being "pi$$ed off" at a child is not one of them.

YMMV

Citizens do not deport aliens under any circumstances. They can report behavior that can lead to deportation through due process. For instance, a step-father could turn his step-child in to the authorities for using or selling drugs which could result in a deportation or they could refuse to sponsor them for a status adjustment with eventual similar results but deportation decisions are not up to "petitioners".

What kind of law would that be?! The petitioner has the right to deport relatives?!

No way, only an immigration judge can sign an order of removal. ...

Don't get intimidated by this kind of threats, but try to document it or record it (it might be useful later on). It will prove an abusive behavior of the USC (unless the step child is a criminal and USC turns him in...).

If you are the spouse of the USC and he threatened to deport your child, you are in a very bad relationship wich will get worse before getting any better.

Good luck!

Yes, obviously she did. The post ended with several jokes, which might have made the person confused.
