Trying to reformat a few items to make all items take 1 row each.

Trying to update my own timeline. Please forgive me if it doesn't work.

I received a duplicate copy of my NOA1, which has those "missing" dates - notice date, date of birth, received date and priority date. I also got a date for my finger printing, which is actually next week.

My application number remains the same - starting with NBC.

Now that my husband is a citizen, we are preparting documents to apply to bring his parents here.

11/03/10: IV fee PAID, IV package mailed

12/07/10: RFE for I-864 Entered into System

12/13/10: RFE for DS-230 entered into system

I have not received my BIO letter yet. I think I am not getting one because I had that on Feb for my I-751. You guys really think I have to do Bio again since I have done it last year?

It looks like the BIO letters are taking a long time.... from what I've read from previous people that submitted their application you are suppose to get letter for the BIO with a date for getting them taken close to one month after the moment you applied. Let's hope we all get ours soon!!! ;)

we're wondering the same since it's only been 11 months since the last biometrics.

anyone know how long biometrics are considered valid?

I have not received my BIO letter yet. I think I am not getting one because I had that on Feb for my I-751. You guys really think I have to do Bio again since I have done it last year?

Also have a Q for those who have already rec'd the NOA1. In reading the wording, I don't think we'll have a biometrics because the letter says, "Upon receipt of all required Record Checks, you will be scheduled to appear for an interview at your local USCIS field office."

What do you think? What did your letter say? TIA!

If your fingerprints were taken over 15 months ago, they are “expired” and new fingerprints will be

needed to continue processing of your case.

Married 2007, Husband became USC 06/2009,

I became a LPR 11/2009

05/05/10 - Touched/Received Approval Message (email&text) 44 days!!!

05/06/10 - Touched/Status says Approval Notice Sent on 05/05/10

05/07/10 - Case # Assigned

05/10/10 - Received NOA2

05/12/10 - DS3032/AOS Fee Bill Received (email)

05/12/10 - Sent DS3032 via email & Paid AOS Fee Bill

05/16/10 - AOS Fee Bill Payment Status is PAID

05/17/10 - DS3032 Accepted/DS230 Fee Bill Received/Sent AOS Packet

My NOA1 had exact the same wording and I had to get fingerprints done since I never had any done before (at least as far as I remember :unsure: ). I think it just means that you will be scheduled for an interview as soon as your FBI background check and your fingerprint check are done. I'm not sure if they also check any documents that you sent in. As far as I know, they still check your fingerprints again, even if they have them on file already and even if they're still valid. But the fingerprint check usually doesn't take that long, it's the name check and background check that sometimes holds up the the whole process.
