Hi Everyone,

my mom who is an Us Citizen filed a petition for me with Uscis at vermont on november 2005. I received a letter from them saying it was approved.

Then in february of 2006 I received another letter from the National visa Center saying that "unfortunally visa numbers are not availeble for you at this present time due to that there are more applicants then visas blablablabla....and it goes to say that you will be notified when further consideration can be given blablablabla...

On this letter that I got it says case# RDJ..........etc....

Also it sats category F3 Married sons&daughter of US Citizens

Priority date of 28 Nov 2005

Foreign State: brazil

How long will this take? It's been 3 years already.

How can I find out?

Please help me out.

Thank you!

Rodrigo.

Your Priority date has to be current before the next step. Visa Bulletin comes out each month showing which Priority dates are current. Look under your category F3 and your country. At the moment there are visas available to those who were petitioned on or before August 2000 (for F3)

Tx Jula,

One last question:

Anyone know how slow or how fast should it take for them to get to my priority date?

Thank you!
