Hi. Can anyone who has recently completed the guidance counseling and CFO registration requirements for visa holders from the Philippines provide me with the detailed step by step process for getting this done? From what I can find on the CFO website, it looks like my fiance will have to attend the guidance counseling at PRISM, then after she gets the visa go to the CFO office in Manila for the passport stamp. When she does that, does she have to attend the PDOS at CFO, or is the guidance counseling at PRISM all she needs to get the stamp? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

She will go to the PRISM office in Pasay for the actual counseling session, then she will go to CFO office near to Makati to have the paperwork stapled into her passport. After she gets her visa and before her flight out of the country she need to go back to the CFO office for the stamp.

That is how its supposed to work, but be prepared to possibly return to the Prism office

Do not go to he PRISM location, they try to interrogate some of the fiances.

Go to the St. Marys location and have CFO done there.

Less crowded and only takes about 2 hours.

We went to Interview at USEM, then left took a taxi to CFO at St. Mary's and was done with both by 3pm.

We chose the PRISM location because people were complaining the nuns were interrogating the applicants.

As with every step in this process it could be that everything is couple/fact specific or it could be that it depends on the phases of the moon, chance, or just plain old bad luck

It was more convenient for Claudeth to do the CFO class in Cebu.

Then she can have it in Cebu.

She took the training in Cebu the day before she left the country
