I 130 Questions

Hello,

I have a few questions about my I 130 form....

a) Question number 14(petioner), i am a citizen in the US, what am i supposed to write over there?

B) Question number 15, name and address of present empleyer? so do i put her office info thr (which is in UAE) ?

c)21. If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together. shes never lived with me in america, so do i put my address as my wifes address?

d)"1. If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship.

D. Other information

2. Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien?

If "Yes," give name, place and date of filing and result.

No " i applied for us citizenship for my parents 3 yrs back, should i be putting there info thr?

I am sorry if these are stupid questions, but i dont want anything to be wrong.

b. Part C is all about foreign citizen #15 is the benificiary's job.

c. Did you live with her in foreign country? If so then the address in foreign country, if not then "NONE"

d. Part D #1 "Children?"

Part D #2 did your parrents immigrate to USA and did you file I-130 for them? If so then Yes you list them.

You don't file for another person's US Citizenship "Naturalization"

Only most recent year's returns required additional 2 years are optional.

Note, if you are just starting to file the petition, you do have some time, more than likely you will be required to provide I-864 after you file your 2008 IRS return, so can use 2008, and 2007, along with copies of pay stubs, and a letter from an employer you should be fine as primary sponsor.

The I-864 is not filed with the I-130, it will be requested later after I-130 is approved and sent on to NVC, NVC requests the I-864.

Do i send her birth certificate and passport photo copy? i heard from some one that both have to be sent?

I also had a question about her birth certificate: On her bIrth certificate, it says maryam Ahmed and her real name is maryam AhmAd. Its on all her documents (passport etc). What should we do?

We sent in a copy of my birth certificate, a copy of my passport biographical page (I'm the beneficiary), my husbands passport and 2 passport sized photos of us. If her name is different on her birth certificate, attach a note explaining the situation.

We sent in a copy of my birth certificate, a copy of my passport biographical page (I'm the beneficiary), my husbands passport and 2 passport sized photos of us. If her name is different on her birth certificate, attach a note explaining the situation.

If you filed for your parents put yes then list the filing location and the date you filed and whether they were approved.

For #15 put the name of her employer, even if she works abroad. I put the school that I currently teach at here in Canada.

By filing location, would that mean vsc....because that is where i sent their application.

If i dont send the I 130 right now and ask my wife to apply for a visa first ( so that she can come and vist in b/w)...would she be able to get a visit visa?or should i apply and then she can apply for a visit visa as well?

i dont know if they will give her a visa...like a tourist visa? but just file the I 130 already soon...

i also have a couple of questions regarding filing out the I 130...if i decide to do my husbands and son's I 130...one for each...in the last question...

(for example this is my husbands I 130)... Name of son...(my son/child)?????

2. Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien? YES (obviously my son)

If "Yes," give name, place and date of filing and result........

Son's name, (place)--don't know yet because im still sending the initial I 130's for each, both of their I 130's going together...(date...the date when i signed their I 130;s??)

PLEASE HELP
