Would appreciate any comments/suggestions on a final check of our evidence below. Anything you would add or not include?

1. Copy of permanent resident card

2. Copy of tax transcripts showing joint filing for 2006 and 2007

3. Copy of mortgage deed showing joint home ownership

4. Copy of two apartment leases showing both names

5. Copy of the title of our car and car registration showing joint ownership

6. Copy of checking account statements showing joint account (1 statement for every 4 months)

7. Copy of money market account statements showing joint account (1 statement for every 4 months)

8. Copy of auto insurance statements and cards showing joint policy

9. Copy of rental insurance statements showing joint policy

10. Copy of homeowners insurance statements showing joint policy

11. Copy of employer life insurance, profit sharing, stock, etc., beneficiary designation forms showing as each others beneficiaries.

12. Copy of ROTH IRA beneficiary designation

13. Copy of CitiMortgage escrow statement showing both names

14. Copy of drivers licenses for each of us showing same address

15. Copy of property tax assessment addressed to both of us

16. Copy of cell phone statements in both names

17. Copy of paystubs for each of us showing direct deposit into joint checking account

18. Copy of dental explanation of benefits statements showing wife on our joint dental insurance policy

19. Copy of electric company statement showing wife as secondary name for account access

20. Copy of credit cards showing wife as authorized user

21. 10 photographs from throughout our marriage

About the only thing I can think of that we are lacking is joint utility bills in both of our names. Everything (i.e. electric, gas, water/trash and cable) is in my name as only one name can be on account.

Anything else we could add to solidify further?

Thanks in advance for your comments and suggestions.

You're good to go. That is an excellent list showing the co-mingling of finances and a shared home. Many are approved without nearly as much.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
