I just received an email that EAD approval notice was sent to us today. I-765 case is updated with new LUD (03/19). I have not received the physical EAD card yet. Hopefully it will be in mail today or tomorrow.

I'm checking your timeline but there is nothing there as it is not updated. Can you update the VJ timeline please?

In the mail today we received a NOA (notice date is March 16, 2009) for my wife's AOS application, saying it was transferred to the CSC for processing. However, nothing came regarding my stepdaughter's application, so I hope it comes tomorrow. Also, nothing updated online and no CRIS emails regarding the status change. But I guess this means no interview!

We also filed in January and then were transferred to CSC. I have a question: I still couldn't figure out how to check if my application was checked/touched, etc on the USCIS website. Can anybody tell me exactly where I should look cause I'm confused.

register on the USCIS website as a customer and use your receipt number to look up your case status.

Received the AP today (approved 3/13). Still nothing about EAD.

Basically what someone means when they say their case was touched was that in their portfolio (where it tracks their applications on the uscis website) that the last updated date has changed. Theoretically it is supposed to change every time someone looks at your case or does something with it...however it doesn't always work that way. Does that make things a little easier to understand?
