Well Levi had his biometrics appointment yesterday and we can now see all the case status' online! His EAD card production was ordered yesterday WOO HOO!!!! The AOS was touched yesterday also and the AP was touched on the 16th! Congrats and good luck to everyone!

Levi_Heather, my congratulations, this is great news!!! My AOS was also touched and EAD card ordered just the next day after biometrics. I was actually surprised at such a speed since I thought it would take them at least several days to send the fingerprints to FBI and only then to USCIS... Well, I guess we were rewarded for waiting on our biometrics for such a long time

I now pray for Dbears to get her EAD very soon too

Hello Fellow January Submitters,

Just had a question. I had my bio appointment on 1/29 (in chicago) , the last touch on my account was on 01/30. My case is at NBC/MSC and is yet to be transferred. I see that individuals who have applied around the same time I did have already received there interview and EAD notices. Should I be concerned? Is it time to make an infopass appointment? Did anyone else notice that there account was NOT touched prior to there interview / EAD notices?

Also does anyone else have there case still at the NBC/MSC center? I think my ead will be approved at the NBC/MSC but I-485 will need to be transferred prior to getting my interview letter. Am I correct?

My case is still as MSC. There were no status changes online until my EAD/AP were ordered last week. In that time I had my biometric appt and received my interview letter. Be patient....

I know that the online cases aren't always reliable but I'm so happy that as of today I can view my AOS status online. Nothing yet on my EAD, but I have some restored faith in my case. Hopefully some good news is going to follow soon =)

I am trying to make plans for my wife and her daughter to travel back to Ukraine to visit family during May, but am afraid to make any plane reservations yet. The official site says "90 days", and that should be around the end of April for us, but I wish I knew for certain that it will be on our possession before April 25th because we will be out of town after that. Nothing on our profile has been updated since the original dates were posted, but I see that as standard now.

Levi just got his in the mail yesterday. The site showed a touch on the 16th but still shows received and pending It was a total surprise. Says it was approved on the 15th which was a Sunday! So it could be anytime.

I just received an email that EAD approval notice was sent to us today. I-765 case is updated with new LUD (03/19). I have not received the physical EAD card yet. Hopefully it will be in mail today or tomorrow.

I got my AP in just a little more than 2 months after the receipt date. As far as I know, this is a pretty standard time for AP. So, you should have yours pretty soon. But if you don't get it within 90 days from the receipt date, you can call USCIS and place a service request.

Added all the latest AP's and EADs, including our own. (if I miss one, let me know, i also just put in the production date for EAD and AP instead of the date it was received because deliveries may sometimes be delayed which would be USPS factor not USCIS)

Hope to hear more good news for everybody before the week ends.

It is strange to see EAD approval days after EAD production was ordered... maybe they are mailing your EAD card to you now. WOHOO.
