Congratulations i-migrate! What type of visa did your wife originally come to the US on? I'm only wondering because I'm eager for a K-1 visa holder to receive their EAD!

Sigh...I have to go back for another biometrics appointment thanks to my fingerprints. I knew it! :rolleyes: I really hope this doesn't delay my case too much! It's not until the 20th.

i have a question..do u have to make a new account to check your status? like how in K visa process? if u have to.. how?

Just add your new case number n your old I-129F online case. Open your old account there you can find an "ADD case" button. Good luc shes

Alex & Rachel - My wife was on B1/B2 visa (which has now expired). How did you know that your fingerprints will be rejected. Fingerprint results are usually sent back to USCIS the very next day if not sooner, so I do not believe it will cause any delays in your case. Good Luck!

Received my interview letter today!!! :dance: My interview will be on April 16. It was completely unexpected, I really wasn't expecting an interview for at least a few more months but such a nice surprise!

Updated and added i-migrate's EAD as well (congratulations, i-migrate!) :thumbs:

Welcome to Indiana! I hope you did not experience any of the bad weather this past Sunday. I am trying to brief my new family members on how the weather can be here in the midwest since they do not have tornadoes in Ukraine. :whistle: I am trying to instill a sense of fear and respect for the weather so they can be prepared should something happen and I am not home. I do not want them to panic! :thumbs:

Should you find a time to come visiting to Indy, let me know (PM me so I do not miss your note) if you would like to meet and commiserate together. hahaha :blink:

no new touches for us, either!

I've always wanted to have a look at some of the shops in Broad Ripple :D

We had some of the bad weather down here but it wasn't too bad. Yesterday was over 70 and now today is below 40, gotta love mid-west weather :bonk: When I was here last summer there were tornado warnings practically every week!

Hope your wife and step-daughter are enjoying life in Indiana (despite the bad weather)!

Alex & Rachel, you could try doing a walk-in if your ASC isn't one of the busier ones. I've read about many people successfully doing a walk-in biometrics before their scheduled appointment.

I just received an email from USCIS informing me that EAD card production for my wife has been ordered and that I should get the card in next 30 days.

Received my interview letter today!!! :dance: My interview will be on April 16.

Rachel: I am positive your repeat biometrics will not cause any undue delays on EAD and AOS. The EAD goes by the receipt date, just count 90 days from EAD receipt date and if you have not received it by that time you can schedule infopass for expedite EAD processing. But I am sure you will get the EAD before the 90 days. :thumbs:

Ｗow, that was fast. Congrats. Since we share similar timelines, and we both had RFE, can I know what your online status says now? My online status still said that they received my case and it is pending. Last touch was Feb 3rd.

Just popping in to wish all luck that are still waiting on approvals and interviews! We still haven't heard anything on EAD or AP...I was just assuming we would not get until after interview now but noticing other peoples timelines I see that is not always the case! So here's hoping we get something in the post otherwise we are just hanging tight for our interview in May :)
