wow awesome news! well, my case is kinda odd, i did get my 3 NOA's and my biometrics on the mail but today.. it did surprised me!

when my husband picked me up from a friend's house visit, he told me that there is a mail from USCIS asking him RFE's.. it is on his side that has something to do with the RFE's, he did felt about it and was upset! :-(

happening so nice but @ the end stressful! :crying::crying:

i haven't read any situation like mine that got thier 3 NOA's and then thier BIOMETRICS sched at the same but get RFE's after a week it was delivered.. :crying::crying:

that's still lucky! you get the rfe early, you get it processed early as well!

really felb?! i hope it will go smoothly?! my hubby is working his papers so that he can send it asap.. :-)

We received an RFE yesterday- stating that we failed to include proof of income of the household members (my dad and mom). I included their tax return from last year, and W2, because that's really all they required, but I suppose they want letters from employers and paystubs. Has anyone ran into this problem before?

Thanks

One more question- I'm not sure if this has been discussed already, so sorry if it has, but am I able to track my case on the USCIS website after I've gotten the NOA1 for AOS? I tried typing in his Receipt Number for the case number, but it didn't work.

Thanks

the case number still doesn't show up for many us. sometimes the status get updated when you have your biometrics done. as for your rfe, those you mentioned are probably what they need. i attached my husband's earnings statements when i filed for aos.

we got our 3 noa1's im just wondering, on the form at the upper portion where your information are typed. the ASC CODE for my EAD and AOS has a number but on the priority date box, nothing is typed for both application. on my AP there is nothing on the ASC CODE box and on the priority date box, theres a letter "A" typed in it.

is this usual? whats in urs, those whove gotten their noa1s

i have exactly the same.

oh wow..atleast i know its not unusual.

Same here - I think it's because no biometrics are needed for AP papers? So there's no need to go to an ASC for biometrics for AP. :)

oh so no worries about this..i dont know wat asc stands for really.. heheheh

Ok thanks- my mom will get a letter from her employer and her past 6 months pay stubs.

However, my father is self-employed. Does anyone know of anything else he could include for proof of income?? We already sent his tax return and Schedule C... The RFE notice did not specify WHICH household member's proof of income they needed.
