Just checked our case status online and the I-485's finally showed up! It said both Maricar's and her daughter's I-485's were transferred to California on Feb 2. That is certainly good news. They are both scheduled for biometrics today, I hope all goes smoothly. My step-daughter is 6 years old and was scheduled for a biometric appointment. I thought children under 14 were exempt but will find out for sure in a few hours.

Hey!

We sent our paperwork mid January. One NOA received for the I130 and that check cleared bank. No information on the AOS yet. We did have an issue with the EAD. It has been corrected and resent. I hope we have no more problems since we married under my TN.

We still haven't got the NOA1 for AOS, EAD or AP.. so far we got one appointment letter for finger prints.. and then this transfer notice.. hopefully the NOAs will eventually arrive so we can track them down online.. is there another way to get case number??

I have a little update: our cases can finally be found on USCIS website! But unfortunately I didn't see anything new there - AOS and EAD were last touched on January 13th, and Travel Document was touched on January19th.

Just called 800 number: the operator was very nice, she check the status in their system and said that 30 days from NOA are allowed for USCIS to issue the bio appoinment. So she told me to wait for another 2 or 3 days and call them again if I don;t get it. Well, at least something...

EnS, thank you for the wish! When are you having your biometrics appointment? I suggest you calling USCIS and asking them about your NOAs. The thing is that you should bring the hard copy of the NOA to your appointment (at least it is stated so in NOA letter). Good luck!

Hey everyone well Gareth had his biometrics today. Took us well over an hour to get there (got lost and stressed so that was fun haha) finally got there right on time pretty much...took maybe 5 minutes for him to do a form, get picture taken, and fingerprinted. And all done.

If I put in just one of our case numbers on USCIS will that show status of all 3 things we sent in or do we put them each in seperate?

Thanks

Sunnybear, congrats on the successful biometrics! :) You should add all your three cases in the portfolio on USCIS site, one by one, and it will show the status of each case separately.
