question on G325A form for naturalized US citizen

hi, just trying to fill out the G325A form, the alien registration number part, I am an naturalized citizen who had an alien reg number prior to becoming a US citizen (four years ago), do i need to put that on the form under the A Number?

also, the translater for foreign documents, do they have to professional translators? or anyone can translate it?

Yes, you have the same A number for life. Follow the I-130 instructions for translating documents. The translator certifies their fluency in both languages. It could anybody sufficiently fluent and willing to certify same.
