WOWWWWWWWWW... My I-130 & I-129 got approved..

I filed my application in jun as green card holder.. and upgraded my I130 in Nov after i became USC. Got approved email today..

What are my next steps??? Should i go for K3 or CR1? which one is faster??

Right now i'm out of USA, went to india for vacation.. Do i need to be in USA in person to file for further processing or can i follow up from india?

I-130

06-04-2008 I-130 sent on Green Card Status

11-10-2008 I-130 upgrade request after becoming citizen

11-20-2008 Touch

12-01-2008 Touch

12-01-2008 i-130 upgraded.

12-30-2008 NOA2 - Approved

I-129F

11-07-2008 I-129F Sent Overnight Mail

11-10-2008 I-129F Received at VSC

11-13-2008 NOA-1 Receipt Notice Date

12-30-2008 NOA-2 Approved.

extremely lucky dude....very fast approval. I wish I had done that. I was a green card holder up to March and I got married in late December 2007. I have a feeling that if I had filed the I-130 as soon as I got back in Jan, I'd had been approved right away....

then again, I have tons of those IFs in my life, and we all each of those IFs are associated tons of THENs...

Now, my husband and i, we are thinking in the same about CR1 or K3, but I think the best is CR1....What we need to do??? My husband can send some form to NVC or he needs to wait for some packet to come unto him?????

03-05-2009: NOA2

05-18-2009: K3 visa approved (Mumbai Consulate)

05-22-2009: POE LAX

*IR Visa*

07-10-2008: NOA1

03-05-2009: NOA2

08-13-2009: IR1 visa approved (Montreal, Canada)

08-15-2009: POE LAX
