Filing I-751 just little worried..

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL! :dance:

Hello everyone,I'm pretty new here. I'm getting my package ready and will be sending by second week of january.I'm just little worried because I cannot provide any bill that my name listed on it. All of our bills were on husband's name.He bought his house back in 2004 and we've met/married in 2006 but everything's still on his name it didn't change until now and he pays everything online. Iam a stay at home mom and he keep telling me why should I worry. I just want to hear your advise/opinion about my situation and thanks alot in advance.Anyway,here's my list of documents guys.

Copy of my green card

copy of my state ID and copy of my husband's drivers license

Joint taxes federal/state tax returns

Joint car insurance statements

Joint health insurance cards showing a family policy along with example bill/statements

Joint bank accounts

Joint credit cards

Baby's birth certificate

Husbands 401k plan with me as the beneficiary

Husband's Employer Confirmation for 2008/2009 benefits with me and our son as beneficiaries

Mail envelopes received by us at same address

Christmas cards,personal greeting cards addressed to both of us

Water/electric on hubby's name

Copy of letter from our home lender addressed to my husband

Photos

I cannot provide any affidavits anyway.We don't have friends/relatives here in this state they were really far from us.Thanks guys and hope to hear from ya'all.

You have lots of good evidence. In a cover letter write that your husband purchased the house and set up the accounts before you met and married and since you don't work outside of the home it seemed the most sensible plan to leave things that way. You should be fine:-).
