I was wondering if you meant you havent even gotten the Noa1 saying the recieved your application

I think its more likely your asking about Noa2

If that is the case you should still be on track to hear something in the next couple of month, I would guess Jan or Feb, its about average for it to take 4 to 6 months for Noa2. Some get lucky and get them sooner a few unlucky people get notice later.

Good Luck with you application

Happy New Year

August filer here waiting. Don't worry too much yet. The VSC lost my original NOA1, had to bother them alot and finally after several attempts they got me a copy of it. They claim it was due to an address change that I never did, they also said they sent me a letter about this address change, it got lost as well. :wacko: I think there is a great deal of confusion at the centers with communication to us all. Stay positive, even though they lose my mail, my application is still sitting in their center, untouched.

Though long may be the trial.

Let patience bloom while God prepares;

Delay is not denial. But come, the answer surely must,

For God has never lied. And faith, which looks at God in trust,

God never has denied. For God is not a man that he should Lie.

Have you checked to see if they cashed your check? If you paid by check, it should have a receipt number printed on the back of the returned check. You can use this number to track your case at www.uscis.gov (unless like me and many others, they messed up your online tracking!!!) Otherwise, you should call USCIS at 1-800-375-5283 and when there automated system asks if you have a receipt number press the button for ``no´´. Then you will be transferred to an operator, who will ask you questions, but can´t do much to help you. Ask to be transferred to a supervisor who can look up your case by name. You´ll need to provide info about your and your beneficiary such as all names and addressess. Hopefully they will find you in their system and can tell you the date that they received your packet, and they will tell you you need to wait for approval unless there is a request for further evidence (RFE), in which case you will need to provide more evidence.

Good luck!!!
