:star: Congratulations, Ianletz for getting your 10yr Green Card!!! :star: What a good way to begin the New Year, indeed!

After such a long 11 months wait, you deserve it! It's good to know that the VSC is doing something, even if it takes a long long time. Too bad though, you couldn't get a refund for the I-751, as you only have the 10yr card for a short time now.

Oh well, onto the next stage of citizenship for you, Ianletz!

Good luck too on your Citizenship application and the rest of your immigration journey!

P.S. Actually today (New Year's Eve) is technically not a US federal holiday, so no surprise on your approval there today. And yes, they better be working on case approvals during all non-holidays!

Thanks guys! This forum has always been extremely supportive in this journey. It is really informative and helps you understand the process, sort out doubts and it is recomforting to know that you're not alone on this boat.

BTW, i've been touched yesterday 1/1/09 and today 1/2/09 again. Also, today I got a second email saying: card production ordered on 1/2/09 (the first email had stated card production ordered on 12/31/09)

Well, let's see when the physical card will finally make it to our mailbox.

Good luck to all VJers! and I hope VSC speeds up soon to the targeted 6 mo processing time-frame...
