We're scheduled for Feb 26th. Quite push back from the dates you both got but I guess it makes sense since we're behind you in the process.

Not planning to make the trip as of yet.

I haven't got my appointment letter yet, but it should come anyday now. I'm hoping it will be end of Feburary but if not its definitely early March.

I could never have done it without this great website/forum. You guys rock!

"Wisdom" really helped me out telling me exactly how and where to get the police certificates.

sankuniku - i am still k3. not going ahead with ir1

cjvasani - i stay in mumbai so we could actually meet up. did you ask the consulate for permission to attend the interview. the last mumbai consulate review says that the us citizen wasnt allowed in. my hubby is making the trip just to be with me during the interview. hope they allow him. did you get your immigrant visa date or has your k3 been changed to ir1. we didnt have the guts to do both simultaneously. cant tolerate separation any longer. seen people get stuck at nvc. happy that you got done with it. are you sending the consulate a letter asking for permission. do let me know
