2009-07-15 NOA1 for I-485, I-131, I-765 (USCIS rec'd date is 07-12)

2009-08-05 Case transferred to CSC

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved

2009-09-15 Biometrics appointment

2009-09-15 EAD Card production ordered!

2009-09-23 EAD Card received

2009-10-06 GC approved/card production ordered

2009-10-13 GC received in the mail!

sweet_peach...Abed Jr? HA! No way, unless by some miracle the baby comes on his birthday, which may not be so unlikely since I am due July 31st and his birthday is August 8th....I just hope it isn't born on my birthday (August 4th!), selfish, huh?

Received NOA1 in mail: April 29, 2009

Sent in RFE (that we had already included in the original packet!): May 26, 2009

Resumed Processing: June 1, 2009

EAD Card Production Ordered: June 10, 2009 (thank you GOD!!)

Received EAD card: June 20, 2009

2nd Daughter Born: July 13, 2009

Interview Date: July 31, 2009...easy, breezy...Card Production Ordered!

Received 10 year green card : August 14, 2009

Baby Boy is born: May 17, 2012

Apply for Citizenship: October 22, 2012

Interview: January 11, 2013

Oath Date: April 12, 2013 (Covington, KY)

done Done and DONE!!! Praise God!

Now we get to work on getting his family to the US!!

I shared. I'm on day 2.5 of having a cold. It's not pretty. Sudafed isn't even cutting the symptoms. *snarl* It's pretty bad when you have to wake up to sneeze. Enjoy! lol ...no, I hope u feel better soon.

I can't believe another year has already come and gone. It seems like it should only be March or April. Why is it that the older we get, the faster the years go? It's just not right! My new year resolution...hmmm eat more healthily, move into a new house, get my son thru 4th grade and on to 5th, try to quit smoking again, enjoy every day if at all possible. There, I think that looks like a dooable list. Time will tell....

Thanks Staashi! I'm doing great, just been laying kinda low. Trying to spend more time living life in real-time, rather than onscreen.

I am thankful for so many things this year - good friends :luv: , amazing husband :wub: , good dogs & cat :luv: , fabulous family :D , fortunate & prosperous work :dance: . I don't have resolutions so much as I have goals to work for this year.

I can't wait to meet not only your little bundle, but the many I know of that are coming in the next few months! :star: :star: :star:

I-130 delivered : 6-12-06 - Appt in Cairo

I-130 Approved : 4-18-08 - USCIS approval!!

Visa Interview Date : 6-22-08

Case sent to WADC: 8-6-08 - FBI check

Email From Embassy 1-09 - Still in AP (7 months)

19 DHL scans - 2-19-09

1-26-09 - Out of AP, now final review

2-26-09 - Visa in hand!

3-11-09 - POE JFK - Got stuck there due to immigration taking too long. They didn't change his visa from CR1 to IR1, have to go to immigration here to fix it.

3-12-09 - Arrived in Portland!!

5-29-2010 - Zane was born ** Absolute best day of my life!

6-7-2010 - Ahmed went back to Egypt

8-23-11 - Filed for divorce

1-12-12 - Divorce final
