Hello VJ Members,

I just need clarification on something, on the sample forms On VJ K1 Section, there is a "request for provisional file". Is this form required to be sent to the Embassy right before the time of the interview?? My fiancé & I plan on going to the interview together, obviously with the interview process being with just 1 of us. Is this form needed to be turned in anytime before, during the interview or post interview period by either of us????? I know we will receive the Packet 3 from the Embassy in Bucharest soon & they will include a checklist there for guidance as to what is needed. Besides the I-134 Affidavit of Support, the Fiancé Letter of Intent from both of us, Additional Proofs of our relationship, is there anything in addition that we need to present to the Embassy???? Does anybody have any other information they can provide us so that we can be fully prepared for the interview????
