Good Sunday Morning Sub!

I spent the night at the Drive in last night with my son and his friend. Pure torture. I am usualy in bed by 8 and sleeping by 9 pm. It rained during the second moving and my son would not let me go home. I woke up so tired I missed first service. Getting ready for second.

Have a joy filled day.

Hey Subbies!!!

Hope everyone is well.

Congrats WG.

We went to an Igbo Cultural Event last night. They have one annually here, first time we have gone. It was fun. Mostly everyone was dressed traditionally. There was Nigerian food, I ate goat for the first time, it was pretty good. Everything else they served I had already had previously. There was music and dancing. Of course a fund raiser! We had a good time, we will definitely go again next year :thumbs:

From what I have learned this is common, so I am sure that it happens in other regions, (I know they do it in Cali more frequently) you just need to find them. I found this one through our local Africa Centere. :star:

Good morning Sub!

I need lots of prayers and positive thought my way for tomorrow. Tomorrow is 1 of 3 back up trial dates for my case to be heard. We are only back up in case the schedule trial settles out of court. So there is not guarantee I will be heard tomorrow, which is just added stress on my behalf. True test of my faith I have to say.

A ton of bricks have been removed from my shoulders.

The case was heard. My son's father incrimanated himself on the stand. The trial could not have gone any better. Now we just wait for the decission of the court in the mail.

I am prepairing myself to accept what will be. Of to a women's retreat this weekend with my mom..no TV, phones, internet, coffee or sugar. What a way to end a stress full week. Doing the work of Byron Katie "Loving what Is".
