Hi

just wanted to say welcome. I am a returned Peace Corps volunteer too and served in Kenya where I met my fiance. I know the waiting can be a killer but my fiance came here on February 25th and everything is going great so it is worth the wait! :D

Hi everyone! I'm new. I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.

I'm a returned peace corps volunteer that served in Mali. I met my fiance there. And now I'm trying to get him to America. It's only been a week and a half since I last saw him and I'm already going crazy. I don't know how I'll pass the time without him. Anyway, I'll be around since I find this website so addicting. Plus it makes me feel better about the whole situation since we're all in the same boat. I have millions of questions to ask too.

good morning/afternoon. baby arrived yesterday morning, i was at the hospital all day. today i'm at work and involved in training so unable to post much.

baby was 7 pounds 11 ounces, 18.5" long. both baby and mom are doing fine. and he's a cutie too!

Congrats Charles, I can tell that both you and Nessa are glowing from the birth of Ben. He is so lucky to have two wonderful parents. Nessa wrote in another forum that she was holding Ben with one arm and typing w/ the other and how the feeling was surreal...it almost brought tears to my eyes because I can tell that she feels so Blessed :)

To Blessed to be stressed:) I realize that all things have a purpose and a time.....have faith and the Lord Almighty will provide... when the time is right, he NEVER fails!
