My son just informed me he is joining the Army and leaves for bootcamp on June 30th. SURELY that means I DON'T have to count him as part of my household - RIGHT?????

The I864 instruction for 21d say that you must count all children under the age of 21 even if they don't live with you. It also mentions age of majority and not claiming them on taxes so I think I was clear anyways since WA state age of majority is 18.

I was in cntact with Marc Ellis and he says that the service centers have gone from sitting on returned k1's to reviewing starting in 2002 Believe me I had a good Easter cry over that one.

I am actually a healthcare professional and part of my job description is research. I just tend to remember a lot of what I have read, I learn from other people's experiences and I am a research guru
