I have had 3 aunts live to over 100 ( actually great or great great aunts ) None of them worried about eating healthy but all were active people. My mother passed at 91 and her sisters are now 93 and 89. They love their bugers and ice cream and bacon and eggs.

Activity was one of the keys. The other was strong family and community support. One country ate lots of bread wine and cheese. Another was on the wine,b because it reduced stress. WOW yeah not but 1-2 cups a day though.

Fasting was great! I feel refreshed and reguvinated.

My son just informed me he is joining the Army and leaves for bootcamp on June 30th. SURELY that means I DON'T have to count him as part of my household - RIGHT?????

UNO, things are great. We just got back from LIB and Ghana yesterday and I am so disoriented. It's 3:30 am and I am up and ready to start the day. Jet lag sucks. *sigh*

Ok so my R key is starting to be a little off . My mom actually taught sunday school for 67 years. She started as a teen with the children and taught until she broke her hip in her late 80's

So my doctor told me to take a long weekend before I ended up in the hospital from stress related issues. My work called Thurs and Friday in fact they called 11 times yesterday. So much for some away from work time.
