HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!!!!

Perseverance, I pray you don't have what I had. My sweety was here for Thanksgiving holidays and I was sick with strep throat his entire visit. He left on Saturday after Thanksgivng and I had to drive myself to the hospital that Sunday. Worse I've ever felt in my life. I pray that you will feel better soon.

I was curious about what the "9" signify in the Bible and I found this

THE NUMBER OF JUDGMENT. There are 9 greek words derived from the root word meaning judgment = dikay. The following words each occur 9 times in the Bible: abussos (bottomless pit); asebee (ungodly); aselgeia (lasciviousness); and astrapee (lightning). The gifts of the spirit are 9 in number (1 Cor. 12:8-10): the word of wisdom, the word of knowledge, faith, healing, miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, tongues, and interpretation of tongues.

Well I have bronchitis combined with a sinus infection....nice huh? I have antibiotics and some cough syrup with codeine....that DOES NOT WORK!!!! The DR swore that this was the ONLY cough syrup that works.....hhhmmmmm can you say losing my confidence???? I am up needless to say coughing!!! Watching Leno and his silly adverts and headlines. Oh and my voice is still not normal. LL said I sound like an 80 year old man nice and sexy huh???

I am sure that I will be fine...day 5 of this ####### and I am annoyed with the inconvenience of being sick. I am a go go goer not a sit in bed and rest kind of a person....which I am told I need to do more of....

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I have been so sick and I am miserable!!!! Going to the DR today. This ####### is kicking my butt!! I thought I was getting better and then New Years Eve WHAMO!! It took me down hard. I even lost my voice This SUCKS!!!!!!

Weather is supposed to get COLD tomorrow that sucks too more snow BLECH I think I need to seriously think about moving south

I hope everyone else had a fabulous New Year!!!

Sometimes we do not like things that do not come in our time, but thank God he was on AP and able to step up to the roll his family needed at such a difficult time.

You are fortunate you were able to visit with him and enjoy him again in his natural surroundings.

My heart goes out to him, as I know it must be difficult to give 100% to this roll knowing that his wife is still in the US.

Stay strong...trust the process..

Today is the start of Josephs fathers burial services. I am glad that this is finially getting put to rest.

Sorry to hear that, but I know they've waited awhile and the poor man does deserve to be at rest. Hope Joseph gets through this rough day.......God bless you and your family. Hugs

Thanks It has been a stress filled time. One sibling was going out of his way to cause problems in an effort to disrupt Josephs authority. I have found the process educational as I was not aware of all the traditions involved in the culture. Now besides our immigration issues he has to deal with being the head of his family as oldest son and in a little while taking his fathers title.
