Are you in a community property state too?

Oh Gawd.... This is not good :crying: . However, I did make one move today to locate the vehicle cuz its not insured and the tags expire then end of this month. Let's see what I come up with

I didn't realize you were back already. In case I'm all late and wrong, how'd it go?

Yes I got back into my own bed at 5:30am on Monday morning (only to wake up at 6:30 and go to work!). My trip was wonderful, but as y'all know, very hard to leave. For me it was harder this time than last time because I know the next time I see my husband will be at his interview - so a long time away! CSC appears to be processing NOA2's rather quickly (one in my Feb Filers group got it 15 days!!) so hopefully things keep moving quicker than expected. Not getting my hopes up but it will be a nice surprise if it does happen quickly.

Good morning!

Welcome home Whydbe!

Chipsa.. I have some research to do on cars for my trial against my ex. During a mediation he stated he registered his car, but his sticker shows he registered it 2 months later. Plus he doesn't have his license. Who registers a vehicle when you can't have your license for not paying your child support.

Yah real smart.

Yes, the second time leaving was harder for me too as I foresaw the long separation that was ahead me. I hope your process continues quickly

I wonder if he got someone to help him or if he just took another person's sticker? To me its been an eyeopener the crimes that one can commit against another person and get away with it. I used to always do things by the book, and right now swear that if I decide to be underhanded, that I would be the one to get caught! BTW. I have an idea now which city my car is in so we'll have to narrow it down to the address. I don't think mine would qualify to rent an appt. with his credit score, but I do know there're tons of "fellow countrymen" out there to sublet to him. Let's see where we go with this.

I think maybe his girlfriend registered it in her name. Luckily this information these days is so easy to get.

The group he hangs around will find a way for him. But trust that his life is never happy because the true joy can't be got through deceipt and deception. There is always a cost to this lifestyle.

Wake up sleepy heads! Ok I am actually the sleepy head. I am off to a slow start today. Trying to help SO get some paper work to a school this morning. I will be glad when he has his license.

Have a great day. This is the first day of an amazing week.
