Como estan todas? Uno hope you feel better soon. As for this journey, I hope anyone else who lives in a Community property state will learn from what happened to me and protect themselves. So far I'm ok from the separation 'till now, but that debt that was run up during that one year will be a challenge to remove. I feel I did my family an injustice by bringing this man into our folds, and truly pray for mercy from the IRS and pray a judge will at least make him responsible for his own debts. I'll keep you guys posted.

The longer it takes to introduce yourself the less you've actually accomplished

Been there done that chispas (well still doing it I suppose). I got all the debt from my ex because he went to prison - probably for life - so my credit is screwed for eternity. Don't have any advice for you, sorry. I just ignore the bill collectors and collection agents for the non essentials (ie credit cards) and they eventually go away.

True dat. true dat. I was advised to get a prenup, but I don't think that would have helped solve the issue I have now. I pray for a miracle. I loved this man blindly and had trauma with him. Don't want any more trauma for external agencies. If I can get a postnup now I'd use it. How's your trip going?

Good moring Sub,

I know some of you know that i have been going through custody/visitation battles with my son's father. 3 moths ago I had to stop the battle, let go and let god. It has been difficult time watchign my son go through anxiety, smelling like smoke, and personality changes that were yet to be desired. But at the hight of the battle, my ex had it looking like I was causing my son's problems. So I step back, agreed to traditional visitation arangements. Well once I was out of the battle it allowed him to show his true collors. Have party's at 5pm that go on all night while my son has school the next day. Picking him up from school and leaving town on a night my son has practice, but leaving him wth his roomate.

Yesterday I got my final answer to my paitience and trust in God. The Gaurdian Et LItem is going to request the court stop the overnight visits. This has been a true test to my faith. Everytime I think the madness is going to stop it kept going. So I thank GOD for my lessons through the process and guiding the GAL to making a choise that is in my son best interest.

Trust me when I say this battle is not done. We now will be going to trial, which scares me to death. But this just built my strength for the next battle.

That is my testimony for the day.

Sorry that you went through this, but it is a good testimony. Sometimes we, as individuals, get in the way or interfere with what God has in mind. Congrats

I'm all over it! Thanks!

Mrs. J.: Continue to stay in His will, and feed off His word. May I suggest that you focus on the first portion of Genesis 18:14.
