Good morning!

I usually go to bed at 8 pm. well last night i could not go to sleep until 11 pm, but i am still up at 4 in the morning. When pregnant with my son I was up late and slept in. Back then I had a job as a retail manager that accommodated this schedule. The other managers loved not working nights. With this job I can't afford to have this type of schedule.

Does anyone have suggestions on getting to sleep naturally?

Try some Sleepy Time Tea (Celestial Seasonings).....made right here in good ole Colorado!!!! I am pretty sure that it is available nation wide...if not drop me a line I will send you some...heck I will even drive to Boulder and get you some fresh from the factory!!!

Mornin' All. Couldn't sleep last night. Dreampt the SO followed me to a conference and turned into flesh eating slugs. They were all over my hotel room, and my son cleaned them up into a vacuum cleaner bag. Then they grew into a human sized slug and was eating his own extremities so he could slide faster after me. I told my principal and she was holding onto my shirt when I began to run away. She was stopping me from getting a head start on my sprint to freedom. This was one wierd dream and I have no clue what it means.

I had hoped for closure, but as long as I know that he broke into my house and took the tapes, pictures, video, file papers and such, I won't be able to relax. Just the thought that he was capable of taking my budoir pictures from sixteen years ago and put them online is enough to cringe. Every so often I wonder what else he's done that I don't knoow about. For whatever reason, this man felt he had to make sure that I wouldn't be able to defend myself properly
