After much delay....waiting on documents, waiting for the pics from the last vacation to come in the mail. My hubby went to the post office and we sent ROC application today. Ready for round three in the fight with immigration!!!!!

Same here Forchika! Everything is signed and assembled. I just have to take it to the post office on Saturday. Just think this time next year we'll be finishing up our N-400s!

We are in the midst of doing this too!! We need to mail this next month. I am hoping that they just approve us and leave us alone this time....however that has not been how things have gone for us thus far....

Good luck ladies I wish you a swift and painless process  approved with no interview!!!

Hey Ladies, we have realized we dont have any pictures together since our wedding....how bad do you think that will be for our ROC??

I didn't check your timeline, but you can start taking photos now. Also, you might want to send 2 affidavits from family/friends to compensate for fewer photos. I sent 7-8 photos for my hubby's ROC. I sent about 4 each time for K1 & AOS, and we never had problems.

Hi Everyohe! Hope all is well.

Preserverance - why don't you take some photos now, go to Walmart and print them out? I don't know that there is a majic number as to how many photos to send. However, I would be sure to send some. Bid you well.

You know what?!?! I'm now reminded that I've yet to make it known that my husband received his 10 year Green Card a few weeks ago.:dance::dance: Guess I need to head over to the ROC forum and give an update.

Mrs. J - how was the test?

Boaz

ALL things work TOGETHER for GOOD!

hey all y'all, this was sent to me and as always, I just had to share.

UNO (F)

Written by a 15 yr. old School Kid in Ohio:

New Pledge of Allegiance

(TOTALLY AWESOME!)

Since the Pledge of Allegiance & The Lords Prayer

Are not allowed in Schools, anymore; Because the word 'God' is mentioned...A Kid in Ohio wrote the attached...

NEW School prayer :

Now I sit me down in school

Where praying is against the rule

For this great nation under God

Finds mention of Him very odd.

If Scripture now the class recites,

It violates the Bill of Rights.

And anytime my head I bow

Becomes a Federal matter now.

Our hair can be purple, orange or green,

That's no offense; it's a freedom thing..

The law is specific, the law is precise..

Prayers spoken aloud are a serious vice.

For praying in a public hall

Might offend someone with no faith at all.

In silence alone we must meditate,

God's name is prohibited by the state.

We're allowed to cuss and dress like freaks,

And pierce our noses, tongues and cheeks...

We can carry smut, but not the Bible.

To quote the Good Book makes me liable.

We can elect a pregnant Senior Queen,

And the 'unwed daddy,' our Senior King.

It's 'inappropriate' to teach right from wrong,

We're taught that such 'judgments' do not belong.

We can get our condoms and birth controls,

Study witchcraft, vampires and totem poles.

But the Ten Commandments are not allowed,

No word of God must reach this crowd.

It's scary here I must confess,

When chaos reigns the school's a mess.

So, Lord, this silent plea I make:

Should I be shot; My soul please take!

Amen

I am all that the Potter created me to be.

I celebrate, liberate and dedicate my life to His Glory.

I Am Uno!

Good morning! Congrats to your hubby Mrs. J!

FINALLY, it has cooled off in Seattle! On Wednesday we hit 103- an all-time record high. I will do my best to never complain about the cold again.
