How many people Denied Visa in the End get an Approval?

I'd love to find out in general how many people you think are denied a visa for their spouse and in the end were granted approval.

How many cases are sent back for review in US and then returned to the foreign country?

Do you know anyone this happened to?

How long did it take?

Also has anyone ever been denied twice even after their petition was sent back to the foreign country?

Hi Everyone - I accidently posted this on Canada's forum...lol.

I wanted to ask how many here know or or have seen a spouse denied visa after interview and then eventually granted visa to be with their partner?

If so how long did it take?

Was anyone denied a visa twice after it went from US and then back again to the country of foreign spouse?

Any experience or knowledge happily recieved.
